Nope! It works all over the United States. Location won't matter unless you're the only person that lives in your market :) 

Is This ONLY for Beginners?

No, the strategies and tactics we teach can be used by any real estate investor looking to scale and grow their portfolio. If you've done a deal or two but can't seem to find your next deal, this challenge can help! 

Do I Need Fancy Software to Do This?

Not at all! While using a software could potentially speed things up, our methods don't require software or widgets to find deals. 

How Much Time Do I Need to Invest Each Day?
